What You Need To Know

We currently have an opening for a Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for studying financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. Duties include predicting expense analysis, writing financial reports, and collecting industry research to inform decision-making.  This is a full-time remote opportunity. 

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with business leaders to understand key financial and operational drivers.

  • Track, analyze, and report expense information that is actionable and predictive.

  • Prepare financial reports for selected departments and communicate results to department leadership.

  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations for opportunities to improve financial performance.

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models.

  • Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions.

  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with budgets, forecasts, and historic results.

  • Ad hoc financial analysis (ROI, competitive analysis, etc.) as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

We'd Like to See

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience required.

  • Proven working experience as a financial analyst with knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, financial modeling, corporate finance, and information analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently with staff at all levels across the organization.

  • BS degree in an analytic field (such as Finance or Accounting) or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for sustainability and impact, strongly preferred.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Salesforce, SQL, other MS Office, and Google Suite experience is a plus. 

It Helps If You Have

  • Have a passion for sustainability impact and SaaS.

  • Experience with a ticket management system (ZenDesk is a plus).

  • Experience with online collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Asana.

  • 3+ years of technical SaaS environment product support experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Knowledge of retail supply chains, manufacturing, and factories.

$85,000 - $100,000 USD

Annual Bonus

Incentive Stock Options

*Final compensation details will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
