The Position

The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team at ClaritasRx, reporting to the Director of FP&A you will be responsible for supporting the organization with financial modeling, analysis and reporting.  

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with business organizations with financial modeling, analysis, reporting, decision support and other needs as required
• Prepare monthly departmental reports for leadership
• Prepare monthly analysis of expenses by vendor for reporting and forecasting
• Review expenses in Bill.com and Expensify, ensuring accurate class, departments, account, and amount
• Assist in preparing analysis, commentary and presentation material for monthly and quarterly financial review
• Reconcile monthly revenue by customer and contract between financial models, Netsuite and contracts system
• Perform ad hoc reports and analysis
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments

Who You Are

Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s systems, including NetSuite, Quickbase, Google Suite, and others as needed
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Attention to detail is a must
• Self-starter
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain focus and collaborate proactively in a fast paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment
• Ability to work remote in an appropriate home working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst preferred
