The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Financial Analyst in the Health Information Systems Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Clinician Productivity Solutions business within the division
• Providing financial counsel to business leaders in a $150M+ business unit
• Collaborating cross functionally with development, legal, product, security, and marketing teams to launch new products and drive execution of the strategic plan
• Drive effectiveness and accuracy around month end reporting and close efforts
• Working as a financial partner to the

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of finance and/or accounting work experience

OR

• High School/GED from and accredited institution AND six (6) years of finance and/or accounting work experience

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to learn multiple IT systems quickly

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Desire to make change and drive value
• Solid accounting knowledge, specifically revenue recognition
• Experience in using PowerBI and building visualization dashboards
• Experience in using enterprise forecasting solutions
• Ability to work well in a team setting and drive results towards a common goal

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
