ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rightway Healthcare is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as we navigate our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the PBM or Healthcare industry, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail. You’ll be joining a seasoned team of technology and healthcare experts dedicated to humanizing the world of healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a small, efficient team that values ideas and collaboration to enhance our processes and analytical rigor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to provide insights into company performance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts; monitor and report on financial performance against these plans.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with different departments to evaluate and advise on the financial implications of business decisions and projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organization, ensuring alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new and unique accounting requirements as they arise.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
    • Advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Netsuite and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, etc.) is a plus.
    • Experience within the healthcare technology industry or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality internal service and achieving high levels of satisfaction.

 

BASE SALARY

$85,000-$105,000
