Work Environment Requirements:
At present, the Program allows for telework. Employees in this position are authorized to work remotely, subject to the following condition:

- The employee is expected to maintain the same level of performance, productivity, and communication while working remotely.
- The employee must have access to reliable technology and a suitable work environment conducive to telework.
- All company policies regarding remote work (e.g., data security, confidentiality, communication protocols) must be adhered to while teleworking.
- Telework availability may be reviewed periodically based on the evolving needs of the organization and operational requirements.
Potential Future Transition to In-Office Position:
- While telework is available for the time being, it is important to note that the position may evolve into an in-office-only role in the future.
- This transition could occur based on changes in Program needs or organizational priorities.
- A requirement for in-person collaboration or meetings that cannot be effectively conducted remotely.
- Other operational, security, or logistical considerations that may necessitate a full return to the office.
- The Program will provide sufficient notice if this change is to occur and will ensure that all affected employees are informed in advance of any such transition.
Functional Description:
Conduct ongoing quantitative analyses of all financial information affecting the Ship Air Traffic Management investment program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Funds Allocation/Appropriation Types and constraints with regard to the Planning Programing and Budgeting Execution System (PPBE) construct.
- Utilizes business processes and accounting solutions and help resolve discrepancies.
- Reconciles processes and prepares supporting documentation.
- Initiates Purchase Requisitions for reimbursable funding and Purchase Initiation Documents (PIDs) for contract funding in N-ERP.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with those years demonstrating experience with NERP and PPBE System.
- Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) tool proficiency is a must.
Education Requirements:
BA/BS degree or supplemental experience to satisfy labor categories is required.
