Summary:

 Delinea is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst, GTM with 4+ years of experience to manage company-wide financial reporting – from top-line, down to expenses.  The ideal candidate will have a mastery of financial analysis, excel, and PowerBI (as a plus) to deeply analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights. The candidate will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, forecasting, ad-hoc data analytics, and other financial modeling. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a consultant to both Finance and GTM leadership providing a wide range of strategic, analytical, and operational support through financial data analysis 

  • Solve complex problems and generating data-driven insights that directly impact revenue and solve pain points within the GTM organization 

  • Understanding of key Finance metrics and support all month-end reporting around bookings, ARR and expense 

  • Ability to deep dive into budget vs actual (BvA) analyses, highlighting variances, trends, and opportunities to drive strategic business decisions 

  • Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical, visualization, and data tools such as PowerBI and Excel 

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a financial analyst and/or business intelligence role 

  • Bachelor's level in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, economics, etc. 

  • Extensive experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and Microsoft Excel 

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of conducting thorough financial analysis and translating data into actionable insights 

  • A passion for the PAM Industry and how to be innovative in the use of data to help sales and customer success

The starting pay range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 annually if based in the US. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
