Your Role
We’re looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our Business Technology team, acting both strategically and tactically with stakeholders across the company. You’ll be a key cross-functional contributor, managing Workday Finance projects and implementations, troubleshooting any issues, and making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska but we're also open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, Chicago or Lexington.
Must-Haves
- Technical experience. In a previous role, you’ve worked with the administration of Workday Finance or other finance/billing tools (e.g., Netsuite, Zuora, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and want to make sure there is alignment between stakeholders.
- Finance passion. You want to know more about finance and accounting, and you’re ready to learn Hudl’s technical domain.
- Problem solving abilities. You can offer solutions for strategic projects while supporting incoming production requests, including user training, new integrations and new distribution centers.
- Naturally curious. You see patterns where others don’t. You are not afraid to ask “why?” and question the status quo.
- Empathetic. You work to understand the needs and pains plaguing our teams, and want to find a better way because you care.
- Eagerness. You’re keen to work alongside people from all career paths and equip them to better perform their jobs.
Nice-to-Haves
- Integration support. Experience supporting system admins and engineers in financial systems integrations would be a plus.
- Analytical. Data speaks to you. You can provide reports, saved searches and dashboards to empower others with accurate, trusted data.
- Automation experience. If you’ve used your Workday Finance knowledge to build automations to integrate data across our systems, making evaluation and reporting easier, that would be a big asset.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below. Where a candidate is placed within this base salary range is determined by experience, skills, education and training required for the job as well as our internal pay equity.
