The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Finance Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Dental, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
•    Partner with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leaders supporting Dental to drive operational performance, including setting direction on plant productivity, operating expenses (Plant and Non-plant, direct, Indirect and fixed) levels, sourcing spend, capital expenditures (growth and maintenance), inventory, etc.
•    Partner with Dental Business finance to drive credibility of COGS P&L and Balance Sheet projections in the short and medium term
•    Partner to drive sourcing spend optimization, including Materials, Outsourced Manufacturing, Logistics and Freight
•    Partner with Business Finance and Supply Chain teams to drive alignment of demand supply, production & inventory
•    Drive the needed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational rhythm to assure accountability for WW COGS, Inventory, spending, working capital performance vs. plan
•    Provide recurrent financial visibility (COGS & Cash) to the broader business by leveraging standard reports – Plants, DC’s, Support Functions
•    Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance Annual, Quarterly, Monthly & weekly operational rhythm, as well as Strategic Plan Development
•    Ensure compliance to financial standards related to COGS, inventory and capex
•    Attract, develop, and retain talent

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in Accounting or Finance and 10 years of experience in business finance, manufacturing and supply chain finance, or financial accounting in a private, public, government or military environment
•    5 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain finance roles

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•    Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Logistics or Business Administration from an accredited institution
•    Proven business finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain finance operations expertise
•    Expertise in global execution model design and governance
•    Strong leader able to define global strategies for plant operations.
•    Ability to interact and communicate with people at all levels. Have courage to drive transformational agendas

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
