Finance Manager (Remote)

• Schedule & Location: Must be based in Philippines (3 hours of overlap with US PST); remote

• Compensation: $25,000 to $40,000 a year

Required Experience

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• You have 10+ years of experience in finance roles, including cap table management, financial modeling, and compliance.

• You have extensive experience with financial analysis, planning, and investor documentation review.

• You have experience with Tableau and Power BI.

• Excel Proficiency:

  • Core Formulas.

  • Advanced Concepts: PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query.

  • Financial Modeling: 3-Statement Modeling, DCF Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis, Scenario Manager, Goal Seek.
    

Skills

• You can develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that accurately predict business performance.

• You can manage cap tables and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• You have a strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, financial functions, and data analysis tools like Tableau.

• You can create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate financial performance to leadership.
