Finance Manager - Remote

Abound Health is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team at our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a key part in driving process improvements as we continue acquiring companies and scaling. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and drive business performance. This role is remote and will work East Coast hours to support our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead productivity improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Analyze financial data and create models to provide actionable business insights.
• Manage financial reporting and provide key performance updates to senior leadership.
• You’ll combine data sources, visual data to maximize performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on data analytics and financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional productivity projects.
• Experience with multiple product lines or supporting multi business functions together.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
