Providence is calling a Finance Manager who will:
- Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned
- Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
- Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
- Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or another Finance or another related field of study
- 5+ years of finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Certified Public Accountant
- HMFA or FACHE Certifications
Salary Range by Location:
- California: Humboldt: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42
- California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min:$55.35, Max: $89.11
- California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42
- California: Bakersfield: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19
