Providence is calling a Finance Manager - Labor & Productivity who will:

  • Develop and provide reporting to evaluate/optimize operational performance specific to labor productivity and labor performance to budget
  • Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting with focus on labor management 
  • Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required
  • Perform labor analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
  • Prepare and review benchmarking assessments in line with divisional best practice
  • Partner with operations leaders to develop, support, monitor, and communicate labor strategy and performance
  • As part of divisional decision support team, attend trainings and support ad hoc projects as needed

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications
  • Labor and Productivity - Health Care Experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
