Salary: $120,000 - 130,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial strategy, analysis, and oversight for E15’s food program team, which manages a $130M food program for a very large Fortune five global client. In this role, you will analyze the program’s financial performance, prepare detailed business reports, oversee project invoicing, and take full ownership of the budget's creation and execution. You will manage key financial operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and forecasting, while also visualizing critical data using tools like Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and Smartsheet.
You will collaborate closely with operations, program area leads, and facilities teams to apply data-driven insights that optimize business operations. As a crucial liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, you will perform financial analyses and communicate insights to clients, guiding strategic decisions. This role reports directly to the Program Lead and will play a pivotal part in driving both financial and operational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the entire budgeting process: forecasting, financial planning, data analysis, budget commentary, client presentations, spend monitoring, and accrual reporting
- Manage all program finance functions, including purchase order creation, invoice verification, vendor financials, and change order management
- Collaborate with third-party teams to gather and verify financial information and project expenses
- Organize and present large datasets using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Ensure strategic planning for program initiatives is aligned with the established financial plan
- Develop and manage dashboards for data sources such as sales data, SLA compliance, audits, and financial revenue reports
- Analyze and trace data from multiple source systems to solve business challenges
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making, including scoping projects, presenting insights to stakeholders, brainstorming solutions, and integrating analytics into business discussions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing multiple vendors and lines of business in a matrixed organization
- Expert level Excel knowledge
- Proven success using a variety of tools to communicate complex · Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role · Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
- Persuasive and professional communication skills (presentations, documents, emails) financial data and insights to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable and competent in front of executives
