As a Finance Executive, you will be a pillar of support for the Group, especially as we navigate the ever-changing fiscal landscape. Your meticulousness and discernment will be crucial to facilitating our day-to-day operations.
You'll be in charge of:
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) function for The Lo And Behold Group's (TLBG) restaurants and property management business
- Reconciliation of cash receipts reflected in the the bank statements to POS sales reports and other external information sources, for example, credit card statement, delivery partner statements (GrabFood/ Oddle/ Foodpanda), gift vouchers
- Investigation and correction of discrepancies between the bank statement, POS sales report and above-mentioned supporting documentation
- Computation of monthly sales inventive for restaurant staff based on actual sales vs incentive targets
- Production of monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) reports for submission to landlords
- Handle the monthly billing cycle for non-F&B customers (e.g. rental tenants), including invoice generation
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) balances on a monthly basis and chase for repayment of aged balances
- Timely response to external auditor queries for Gross Turnover (GTO) audits
- Provide administrative and banking support to restaurant venues, for example:
- Handle government grants and licenses applications
- Completion of GIRO forms and/or other banking related forms
