About Us

Community Health Development Partners is creating a decentralized healthcare ecosystem of freestanding Health Centers and Wellness Campuses. With a focus on rural, lower-income, and medically underserved areas, CHDP’s mission is to bring quality, affordable healthcare and wellness to the places and people that need it most. We partner with medical service providers, integrative care providers, mental health experts, and physicians to deliver world-class facilities, increase the availability of specialty care, and contribute to the economic growth of underserved communities.

Access to healthcare - especially affordable, specialty care - is a significant problem for residents of rural, low-income, and underserved communities. Studies show that members of these communities are more prone to serious illness, preventable disease, and death. The significant barriers to entering the healthcare market are even more pronounced in these areas, making the development of healthcare infrastructure nearly impossible. Without quality healthcare infrastructure, these communities simply cannot get healthier. Without a healthy community, education, advancement, and prosperity become even more difficult to achieve.

We see quality, affordable healthcare as a basic human right and together we will work tirelessly to ensure patient-focused, physician-centric care is provided to the communities we serve across the country. We believe every person – no matter who they are or where they are from – deserves an equal chance to be well and thrive in life.
