About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team with essential administrative tasks. In this part-time role (8–12 hours per week), you’ll assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and other day-to-day financial operations.

Job Details
- Job Title: Finance Assistant
- Reporting To: Director of Finance
- Pay: £18 per hour
- Hours: Flexible, 8-12 hours a week as agreed with the Director of Finance each week
- Location: Remote (Must be UK based)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
1. Managing and performing the day-to-day accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and payment processing
2. Overseeing month end close and ensuring all transactions are recorded, filed, and reported properly
3. Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements and accompanying reports
4. Processing payroll and associated processes
