We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor! In this role, you will lead and support a team of drivers who collect appliances from customer homes, ensuring that every field operation upholds our core values of resourcefulness, resilience, kindness, and safety. Under general guidance from functional management, you’ll direct daily activities, identify and resolve challenges, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a secure work environment. You will manage budgets and resource allocations, coordinate daily routes, schedules, and event planning, and serve as the local representative for our program by ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed. Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive training materials—including robust safety training—provide regular updates to management, and leverage local market insights to shape strategic forecasts and long-range plans that drive profitability and continuous improvement.

- Supervise and support a large team of drivers responsible for collecting appliances from customer homes, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to program guidelines.
- Provide regular status updates to program staff, manage budgets, and coordinate training efforts to empower your team based on program requirements.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of a fleet of leased box trucks dedicated to appliance collections.
- Coordinate daily routes, schedules, and event planning in collaboration with support staff and the field team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Travel throughout the defined territory as the on-site program representative, building strong relationships with customers and contractors to promote participation and outstanding customer service.
- Develop comprehensive training manuals, lead hands-on training sessions, and review work quality to continuously enhance performance.
- Implement and monitor safety training and protocols, ensuring the team has the necessary resources and follows best practices for a safe work environment.

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years of relevant management experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Active drivers license
Target Compensation:
$70,000.00
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
Compensation Range
$68,300.00 - $102,500.00Currency
