The Field Service Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the daily management of the field technical staff. The Field Service Supervisor will have formal supervisory responsibilities for a defined team of Field Service Engineers and may be requested to support the district with limited service calls and preventative maintenance (PMs). The supervisor models outstanding customer service through strong communication and collaboration skills both internally and with our customers. Core duties include building a technically strong and cohesive team while maintaining a strong partnership with sales to retain base business. Effectively ensuring the day-to-day operations of the field service team performs with accuracy and completeness in repairs, calibrations, instrument qualifications, and shipping & receiving.Â

This position is part of the Field Technical Service team located in San Diego and will be fully remote (Southern California/San Diego). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.Â

You will be a part of the Southern California team and report to the Sr. Field Service Manager responsible for meeting and exceeding customersâ expectations while supporting sales and service growth. Lead weekly team calls to review customer issues, KPIs, and general team announcements.Â
Lead by example and work to build the best team via employee development and by recruiting the best internal and external candidatesÂ
Partner with assigned team and coordination center to define the best strategies âŚ
