As a Field Service Specialist II Northwest, you will have the opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, by helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environments.  We do this by helping customers enhancing their sustainability and boosting operational efficiency.   This helps us provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments, we aim to do this through a dual focus on sales and technical service consultation to our customers.

What you will do:

  • Build long-term relationships with key customer personnel, introduce new programmes, service concepts & innovation to customers.
  • Execute surveys, prepare offers, present concepts, and innovation to win business to meet annual plan.
  • Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan.
  • Advise and consult on hygiene chemical selection, technical & application.
  • Support customers with routine and specialist hygiene concerns.
  • Deliver value to meet customers contract requirements.
  • Deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop customer understanding through use & apply of safety instructions, give regular trainings, and dedicated safety tools.
  • Promote and be an advocate of Ecolab’s H&S culture.
  • Management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Minimum Qualifications:

  • F&B market and technical expertise. Food technology.
  • Technical expertise.
  • Food safety.
  • Equipment tech expertise with digital solutions such as (CIP & COP, 3DT CIP, MCI) and understand and work with a value added mindset.
  • Highly Self Driven & Self Motivated to work with the Food & Beverage Industry. 
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI
  • Digital apps

LOCATION: Lancaster, Carlisle, North of Preston would be ideal.

This role requires traveling to visit customers to deliver value added service (4-5 days per week).

Full driving license is required.
