What You Will Do

We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and highly motivated field service representative to join our project to work closely with our user community on computer assisted Air Force planning at Hickam AFB in Honolulu, Hawaii. The candidate will provide demonstrations of our software and summarize user reaction. The candidate will help users understand how to use the software and observe them using the software to provide feedback to the development team. The candidate will help us gather requirements and requests for changes and help tracking the software changes. The candidate will also perform project management tasks related to project progress tracking, spending analysis and issue tracking. You will spend at least 50% of your time interfacing with users on-site at Hickam AFB and the remainder of your time will be working on project leadership as a remote member of the team. Occasional overnight travel required.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • A degree in business, computer science, engineering or relevant military experience.
  • 5+ years or more of work experience or military service.
  • Experience with Air Operations Command (AOC) Combat Plans Division
  • Position may require occasional travel; expected to be under 5% of the time
  • U.S. Citizenship. Ability to access US-only data systems
  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to generate reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience testing software user interfaces
  • Active U.S clearance

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
