Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and play a key role in supporting laboratories by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Agilent’s sophisticated systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair Agilent and multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and networking products.

  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.

  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance to enhance system performance and efficiency.

  • Deliver coordinated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.

  • Train customers and other field engineers on system use and standard processes.

  • Maintain clear communication and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Travel regularly to various customer sites and work with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Validated experience may be considered in place of a degree.

  •  proven experience in a field service role or as an end-user of analytical equipment.

  • Experience in Chromatography (LC-GC); Mass Spectrometry experience is helpful.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with Agilent solutions is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements for customer site access.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least March 26, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $49.52 - $77.38/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
