The Service Dispatch Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is a fully remote role that requires self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment. You will play a critical part in managing field service coordination responsibilities, supporting cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality service to the Service Organization and our Customers.

You will be a part of the Service Organization and report to the Field Service Supervisor responsible for ensuring that critical equipment in hospitals, doctor's offices, reference laboratories, and research institutes across the country is serviced and maintained in an efficient manner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning and scheduling of field resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base for Emergency Repairs for that same instrumentation. Utilize Service Max and Oracle to perform critical tasks such as retrieving customer and installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, work order updates, and making changes as required with a sense of urgency.

  • Order parts utilizing Beckman Coulter warehouses across the U.S., sourcing from DHL or Field Service Engineer’s car stock. You will also be responsible for escalating and expediting cases involving out-of-stock parts to meet next-day delivery for Field Service Engineers and Applications Specialists.

  • Partner with the Field Service teams at all levels of seniority to support customer needs and drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders as well as identifying revenue-generating opportunities. Manage the strategic scheduling of Field Service resources while balancing competing priorities such as Product Training, Mentoring, Inventory Cycle Counts, Vehicle Maintenance, and Time Off.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in a Coordination/Dispatching environment or related customer service experience

  • 3+ years experience of Windows, MS Office, Teams, Outlook.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project coordination/management experience, including managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating time management and self-discipline.

The hourly range for this role is $24.00/hour - $30.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
