Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive marketing leader with proven experience developing and executing innovative industry and alliance marketing plans to drive business growth. This role is ideal for a marketer with 5+ years of experience who is looking to grow their career in a challenging and fast-paced consulting environment. The Field Marketing Manager will serve our Higher Education and Nonprofit practices by providing remote and onsite field marketing support on integrated campaigns, tradeshows, self-hosted discussion panels, and more!

This role will interact daily with senior leaders across the organization and is a tremendous opportunity. Location:  

  • McLean, VA or Remote 
  • Willing to travel up to 20% to key industry events throughout the year taking place across the country 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with practice leads and business development executives to shape and execute field marketing plans targeting the education and nonprofit industries  
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel, integrated campaigns to reinforce the company’s position as an industry thought leader, generating new leads, and nurturing sales opportunities already in pipeline 
  • Maintain and leveraging industry-specific association memberships 
  • Leverag digital marketing tools to execute campaigns 
  • Plan, allocate, and manage budgets for field marketing events and initiatives
