Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced regional marketer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Americas Regional Marketing, you’ll be responsible for delivering programs that create, influence, and accelerate pipeline for sales-owned enterprise accounts in the US and Canada.

You have an outgoing personality, are not afraid to talk to customers and treat every interaction as an opportunity for market research. Who are they? Why did they come? Did they get what they needed? What can we do better?  Being data-driven is in your DNA - from identifying which accounts and personas to target to analyzing program results and making sure the leads from your programs are getting assigned correctly and followed up on. You’re comfortable working independently and know how to build relationships across the organization to help you achieve your goals. What you'll do

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs in the US & Canada including 3rd party events & tradeshows, New Relic-hosted events, joint programs with partners, and 1:1 ABM activities for selected accounts.
  • Develop internal and external promotion plans to drive attendance for your programs using multiple channels including email, paid media, social, sales teams, SDRs, and channel partners.
  • Build registration pages using Drupal templates and create Marketo & SFDC campaigns
  • Collaborate with our creative, copywriting, and marketing ops teams
  • Be passionate about establishing clear, measurable outcomes for your programs and following through with regular reporting and analysis of results.

This role requires:

  • 3-5 years experience with both online & offline marketing activities such as in-person trade shows and conferences, roadshows, workshops, and webinars
  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and tactics with demonstrable examples of putting them into practice
  • Proven Salesforce & Marketo expertise - setting up campaigns, building emails, creating reports, understanding leads vs contacts, etc.
  • An ingrained sense of accountability for your programs and being wired to operate at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range$86,000—$116,000 USD
