Role Detail

Position Title: Field Marketing LeadĀ 
Location: East Coast, USA
Company: Vodafone US Inc.

Role Purpose

To lead and execute the regional marketing plan for Vodafone IoT business in the US, Deliver effective external communications at a local and regional level to increase revenue and awareness of IoT across all market segments. Engage with customers and reseller channels to establish Vodafone IoT as a market leader in the region.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

  • Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the IoT business, in conjunction with the regional Head of Sales and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment between global marketing and regional strategies.
  • Lead field marketing efforts across the US with local stakeholders
  • Apply local marketing budget and plan for effective external communication, helping to drive revenue and awareness across all market segments
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and with Vodafone Business International to drive awareness and create demand
  • Define and execute demand generation activities that support pipeline growth for IoT Managed Connectivity
  • Supporting sales teams to deliver consistent and accurate messaging and content to both existing partners and potential customers as well as supporting business development team with tools for regional & local solution promotional launchesĀ 
  • Identify suitable local stories and spokesperson opportunities to share through PR and work with global IoT team to execute
  • Support digital strategy and content generation for social media, aimed at increasing engagement and number of followers

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Experience in leading and implementing Marketing strategies for complex solutions in an international B2B environment across different channels
  • Ability to deliver world class marketing communications that drives awareness and generates demand for Vodafoneā€™s IoT offeringĀ 
  • Able to work under time pressures and deadlines. Self-starter, able to plan, organise, communicate and execute projects on time.
  • Ability to provide feedback and effect change for process improvement and optimisation.
  • Able to identify and escalate key issues requiring corrective action ā€“ ā€¦
