About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Field Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to support sales initiatives by generating 1:1 meetings with prospects during events.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the event lifecycle, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals with lead generation and pipeline-building strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for event-related lead capture, enrichment, and distribution to sales teams.
  • Oversee the management of lead data from event tools (e.g., iCapture), ensuring data accuracy and timely upload into CRM systems.
  • Build and execute outreach templates and sequences targeting event registrants, attendees, and prospects.
  • Partner with Sales to schedule pre-event meetings with high-value leads.
  • Create and manage follow-up sequences tailored to event attendees, ensuring timely and personalized outreach.
  • Work with SDRs to re-engage unresponsive leads and track follow-up outcomes once event sequences conclude.
  • Develop and document standardized processes for lead management and outreach across all event types.
  • Identify and implement tools or strategies to improve event-related workflows and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on event goals and lead follow-up strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on event performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Track and analyze event-related metrics, including lead volume, engagement rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Present findings and recommendations to optimize future event strategies.

What you should bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in event management, with a track record of planning and executing successful events, preferably within the technology or HR industry
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and generating 1:1 meetings with prospects during events, resulting in measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure flawless event execution
  • Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative event strategies that align with business objectives
  • Proficient in managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
  • Familiarity with event management software, CRM systems - Salesforce required, and other relevant tools to streamline event planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on-site conferences
  • HRtech experience 
  • Experience working in a tech startup environment


Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 USD depending on location
