Job Description

The Regional Claim Leader (RCL) Senior Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives with their assigned field discipline that aligns with Claims strategic direction and supports strategic goals. The individual analyzes results and develops strategies and action plans to lead the office in the achievement of operational goals related to customer service, loss cost management, and expense controls.

This preferred candidate will be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone, but MUST be available to work Pacific time zone hours. This position will oversee our Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury team. Experience leading an Attorney-Represented BI team is required; litigation experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assures MCO/RCO or Centralized Services Office compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements

• Collaborates with other AORs to define, develop, and implement recommendations for operational, loss cost, and/or expense reduction improvements

• Compiles and analyzes key metrics and operational reports and develops action plans to improve claims processes and customer service to sustain existing customer base and attract new customers

• Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts, or issues

• Leads and implements change management initiatives for the MCO/RCO or Centralized Services Office

• Directs and analyzes workflow and determines hiring and staffing needs

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 159,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
