Field Associate, Project Management - Business Cards & Payments (Remote Eligible)

As a Field (Sales) Top of House Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the Field Team. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the Field and BC&P.
General Responsibilities:
Work in close partnership with the Field (Sales) Chief of Staff team to provide analytical support for Field Leadership Team initiatives.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have experience in conducting standard data analysis using spreadsheets.
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work and deliver results in a dynamic complex environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
Coordinate and present program status, risks and escalations at a leadership team level to obtain buy-in or drive towards resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with numerous Field teams to ideate, implement and monitor KPIs for newly created business units.
Assist in supporting ad hoc data requests in the Field as needed.
Partner with Field Effectiveness and Field LT to analyze, create and deliver All Associate Survey action plans.
The ideal candidate will be deeply inquisitive and have problem solving capabilities that are able to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
