The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Federal Deputy Program Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Managing partner relationship and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors while serving as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager
Developing new proposals to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fix priced contracts and milestone-based payments
Develops and implements project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements
Understands Proft and Loss (P&L) concepts and is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset and understanding of the relationship between revenue and implementation
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (8) years of Federal/commercial Program Management experience in healthcare
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Must be located in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen
Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in business discipline, management or healthcare administration
from an accredited institution
Experience briefing executive level personnel
Experience within DoD and VA health care environments with direct responsibility for project or program management activities
Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints
Work location:
Remote
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
