The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Federal Deputy Program Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing partner relationship and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors while serving as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager

• Developing new proposals to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fix priced contracts and milestone-based payments

• Develops and implements project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements

• Understands Proft and Loss (P&L) concepts and is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
