What’s unique about this role?

The Fast Track Analyst joins the Fast Track Operations team responsible for executing on a defined set of deliverables using SOP’s to deliver quick-turn client data requests within expedited deadlines.  Tasks include staging client data, processing of client data, loading of client data, execution and evaluation of searches, creating databases, user management, and other tasks related to preparing data ready for review.

Fast Track Analysts play a critical role in the organization by partnering with the other Operations teams, as well as our internal Project Managers, to shepherd Lighthouse client data through various systems while meeting aggressive internal or client deadlines with the highest level of quality.  The Fast Track team is unique, specialized in delivering standardized and small volume services within a matter of hours allowing other Operations teams to focus on larger and more complex or customized services.

 

What will this person do?

  • Execute tasks with provided technical specifications in Relativity, Nuix, proprietary tools and other related technology.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects, and escalating items to the client services team if there are going to be delays in timing.
  • Work independently on job requests from a queue, as well as by assignment, to ensure that jobs progress with minimal delay.
  • Perform thorough self and peer quality control checks at multiple stages to minimize error and rework, assuring 100% compliance of data and deliverable to client specification.
  • Stage and validate data to be processed from original client evidence media.
  • Create, format and prepare load files, text and native files, and other deliverables as necessary for review in Relativity.
  • Perform basic SQL query and script execution when needed.
  • First level escalation support for junior members on the Fast Track team.
  • Follow and maintain utilization tracking for hours.   
  • Respond to internal requests via email and MS Teams during designated times.
  • Able to scope current work and estimate timelines. 
  • Provide effective handoffs such that work progresses smoothly between shifts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of eDiscovery technology, tools, and the EDRM process.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office / Office365 applications.
  • Willing to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Associates degree (bachelors preferred) or equivalent job experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in eDiscovery industry.

 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will range from $61,000 to $72,000 per year.  This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
