Facilities Vendor Specialist

We are looking to add a Facilities Vendor Specialist to our team!  

LOCATION: Remote  

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager of Facilities  

PAY: $45,000 - $55,000 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:  

• Vendor Onboarding: Establish relationships with new vendors, ensuring timely onboarding and seamless integration into existing processes. 

• Work Order Management: Create recurring monthly/quarterly work orders for preventive maintenance. 

• Contract Administration: Collect vendor contracts and agreements for Senior Facilities Manager review (Final approval from Sr. Director of Support Ops). 

• Invoice and Payment Support: Act as a liaison for vendors to escalate and resolve payment or invoice issues efficiently. 

• Flowpath Maintenance: Continuously audit and clean up the Flowpath system to ensure accuracy and usability with partnership of Senior Facilities Manager. 

• Email Management: Monitor and distribute communications from the DP Facilities email address to appropriate parties. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

• Prior experience in vendor management preferred 

• Experience working with Flowpath required 

Skills:  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
