Position Summary **This role is 100% onsite at the EPA Facility in Cincinnati, OH.**
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team and lead government-related projects that drive impactful change working at the EPA facility in. With a strong focus on project delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This is an onsite position which require hands-on approach. Facilities Project Managers plan, direct, or coordinate operations and functionalities of facilities and buildings. May include surrounding grounds or multiple facilities of an organization's campus.

Role Summary 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of government projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Build project plans that define or refine project objectives and deliverables, identifying dependencies during the planning process.
  • Create and maintain project documentation used by cross-functional stakeholder teams.
Qualifications Summary 
  • Minimum 10 years experience managing government-related projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A solid understanding of Building Architecture, Mechanical, Building Automation Systems (BAS), Electrical, Maintenance, Structural and Fire Protection.
  • Extensive background experience, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines and standards.
  • Construction background knowledge
