Position Number: S76210

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $36,090-$43,330 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

As a Facilities Department Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Facilities department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and process work requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Act as a resource for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including troubleshooting, training, and managing user permissions.
• Record and verify labor, inventory, and vendor charges; process invoices and utility bill data.
• Compile, prepare, and distribute reports; transmit financial data to the University accounting system (Banner).
• Conduct and audit annual physical inventory counts; ensure accurate records and corrections.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including backup for staff during absences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
