Job Overview:
The Facebook Ads Specialist has a crucial role within the company, focusing predominantly on crafting and managing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns for eCommerce brands as well as performance-focused lead generation clients with budgets from $3,000 a month to $200,000 a month. This role requires creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform to deliver campaigns that align with varying KPIs and budgets.

Work Schedule: Dayshift | Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Philippine time zone 
Rate in USD: $6 - $8 (Per Hour)
Salary in PHP: PHP 300- 400 (Per Hour)

Essential Requirements
  • Specialized Experience: Minimum of 4 years specializing in Facebook Ads, focusing on managing and optimizing campaigns for e-commerce brands. 
  • Diverse Clientele: Experience handling B2B and B2C accounts, focusing on lead generation and achieving high ROAS.
  • Facebook media buying specialist 
  • Accurate and precise at following specific bidding and ad creation strategies 
  • Comfortable learning new interfaces, technologies, and ad platforms 
  • Vision and desire to improve client campaign performance 
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused on detail 
  • Strong team player, yet able to thrive on your own

What you'll do? 
  • Facebook Ad Creation & Management: Develop, execute, and optimize creative and high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook, ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and objectives. 
  • Target Audience Identification: Conduct extensive research to identify and target the right audience, maximizing reach and engagement. 
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to ensure optimal use of resources and achieve the highest possible ROI. 
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using Facebook Analytics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. 
  • A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing strategies to determine the best-performing ad creatives and strategies. 
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design team to create and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep in mind the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Facebook advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
