The role

 

As an Apprenticeship Coach, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting our military apprentices achieve their fabrication qualification. No rpior training experience required as we will look to develop you into the role.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll monitor and record apprentice progression towards achievement and give feedback to them and their manager/mentor. 

 

  • Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme. 
  • Support learners to achieve their full potential and provide advice and guidance as required.
  • Build effective working relationships with other teams across the contract, including quality, business support and compliance and assurance. 


This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 day working from home. based from Tidworth with occasional travel to our Lyneham and Southampton sites.


Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Coach 

 

  • Considerable experience in an appropriate industry environment (fabrication/welding)


Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coach

 

  • Relevant industry related qualification (fabrication/welding - minimum of level 3)

 

Security Clearance


The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Enhanced DBS security clearance for this role.
