eXpert Care Desk, Concierge (Bilingual English/French) - Canada - (REMOTE)

We are doing big things.    Come join us at eXp Realty – a 8x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!   What you will do:   Providing world-class service to the agents in our virtual environment and assisting the agents with questions through our in the world ticketing system, multi-queue phone system, and agent support CRM. Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company.  

• Frontline support for the ticket system in the world and agent support CRM  
• Knowledge of the joining application, onboarding process, Agent Programs, and overall knowledge of all eXp tools, platforms, and resources  
• Provide world-class service to the agents  
• Answer inquiries in live chat and email  
• Provide resources and respond to agent inquiries via multi queue phone system  
• Other duties as assigned  

How you will grab our attention:   

• High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience  
• 0-2 years experience   
• Real Estate experience strongly preferred  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Excellent organizational skills  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French  
• Problem Solving Skills  
• 2+ years in the Customer Service industry

The starting base pay for this position is $50,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
