Summary

Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (e.g., engineering, data analytics) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., clinical experts, client leadership) to align business priorities with technical solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements for PHM initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and map existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend streamlined workflows to enhance service delivery.
- Technical Translation: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks and documentation for non-technical audiences.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Validate solutions through rigorous testing, ensuring all business and technical requirements are met and the solutions are fit for purpose.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop insights that guide product and service improvements.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage workstreams to meet deadlines and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
