Your role in our mission

• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and create/develop engineering components for review, sign-off, and deployment.
• Participates in code reviews to ensure quality standards and business objectives are being met.
• Mentor multiple teams around code standards and code quality.
• Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Provide complex technical consultation to other organizations; interacts with senior customer personnel and internal senior management.
• Participate in product design meetings with management, other developers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure that product development adheres to client specifications and is consistent across various units.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in system architecture, software design, and development, with a strong focus on enterprise products and services, particularly within the health and human services sector.
• Deep expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java, with a preference for C# and .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and scaling complex, distributed systems, including the ability to create detailed architecture diagrams and design documents.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including familiarity with cloud services, deployment strategies, and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices).
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies.

What you should expect in this role

• Fully Remote Opportunity withing the U.S. or its territories
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $95,100 - $135,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
