Job Description
Salary Range: up to $215,000 annually (depending on experience)
Overview:
The Executive Program Manager will lead and oversee enterprise data management projects across law enforcement, emergency management, and intelligence community agencies. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving complex initiatives, ensuring interagency coordination, and delivering high-impact data solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate must be a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and strategic acumen to drive mission-critical data initiatives across the federal landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams, maintain stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with federal data governance and security policies.
- Oversee enterprise data management programs, ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives across law enforcement, emergency management, and intelligence agencies.
- Lead multi-agency coordination efforts, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless data integration and interoperability.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement federal data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with FISMA, NIST, and IC Directive 503 policies.
- Oversee the development and deployment of data solutions, including analytics, data-sharing platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
- Provide executive-level briefings and reports to senior leadership, policymakers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection measures are integrated into all enterprise data initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise data management, IT program management, or related fields.
- Experience managing federal IT projects, preferably within law enforcement, emergency management, or intelligence agencies.
- Expertise in data governance, cloud platforms, analytics, and secure data sharing.
- Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity policies, compliance frameworks, and classified environments.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML-driven data solutions and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of federal enterprise data strategies and mandates (e.g., the Federal Data Strategy, CDO Council).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-agency initiatives in high-security environments.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISM, CISSP, or CGCIO (are preferred).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an Active TS/SCI or have SCI eligibility (required)
