Main Responsibilities: 

  • The Executive MSL is a key partner to policy makers internally and externally and creates impact to the strategic plans of the medical function resulting from deep and meaningful partnerships both internally and externally 

    Be the trusted scientific partner to influential external experts and decision-makers by conducting timely, appropriate and frequent scientific exchanges to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products.

  • Develops robust stakeholder engagement plans to gather data, develop and share medical insights that contribute to enhancement of Sanofi’s key medical messages, plans and future research.

  • Exhibits a high degree of scientific and clinical knowledge in the therapeutic field to help identify and critically assess research opportunities and to play a supportive role in the execution of evidence generation plans to enhance the value of our products in a real-world setting.

About you 

Experience:

  • Medical, pharmacy or post graduate level science degree preferred. Previous pharmaceutical industry experience

  • More than 5 years of experience in medical affairs

  • Minimum of 5 years MSL Experience (3+ years at a Senior Level)

  • Experience in local, regional, and global medical function roles

  • Proven leadership of project teams in MSL and cross functional groups

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of medical affairs strategies and clinical development.
