Job Description
The Executive Director, Technology Solutions & Site Process will be leading Animal Health (AH) Manufacturing as it integrates the Technology Solutions onto Animal Health Manufacturing processes. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating planning & reporting deliverables across all operating areas of technology manufacturing, as well as the preparation of clear & concise summaries of overall results for the Senior Vice President Manufacturing, Animal Health Leadership Team (AHLT) and Executive Committee.
Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) lead for the Technology Solutions line of business providing analytics, accurate actuals/forecast reporting with system integrity enabling informed decisions.
Primary business partner to Associate Vice President, Technology Solutions Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operational Excellence team
Oversee & assist in preparation of financial analysis for 23 sites including:
COGs estimates
Site estimates
Productivity enhancements
Standard cost creation
Sponsor productivity initiatives across the Line of Business (LOB) including leveraging cost diagnostic information.
Support LOB driving sustainable productivity each year.
Partner with MPS representatives ensuring projects in tracking tool & tie to financial forecast/Actuals.
Perform FP&A responsibilities ensuring on time and accurate financials.
Participate in LOB hoshin initiatives as key partner driving toward becoming number one AH company
Support internal/ external audits ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with business to develop optimized network strategy delivering competitive cost of goods across an optimal infrastructure.
Serve as the point of contact for Technology Solutions for both system and data as relates implementations or projects ensuring consistency and accuracy across manufacturing and financials.
Work closely with relevant cross functional stakeholders to validate data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Work directly with COSI, GPO and IT and AH COE teams on all system enhancements and future state systems design & implementation initiatives.
AH Manufacturing Operations Excellence Lead harmonizing and streamlining end-to-end FP&A processes across the sites.
Define financial KPIs along with visualization, cadence, and mechanism to track.
Provide tools driving excellence and performance improvement/efficiencies across the organization.
Partner with COSI defining and implementing fit for purpose intercompany profit solution for Technology Solutions.
Liaison across finance partners (COSI/GPO/BSC/IT/HH) aligning financial reporting, developing clear roles & responsibilities, understand/resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
Sponsor the development and implementation of global digital & data analytical tools enabling informed decisions while also improving business performance & financial accuracy.
Drive MPS mindset along with Operations Excellence team continuing to deliver sustainable efficiency savings in biopharma while expanding to the technology sites.
Lead the EPIC (Evaluate Production, Improve Cost Project Lead) dynamic Tool Implementation for AH Manufacturing.
Provides visibility into drivers of product cost and foundation for economic based analysis and simulation/modeling optimizations.
Partner Animal Health IT to create the HH EPIC tool in Animal Health
Education Requirements:
B.S. / B.A. degree
Required Experience and Skills:
10+ years’ experience of financial support in the pharmaceutical or equivalent setting
Strong business acumen
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and on-time deliverables
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to clearly prepare and communicate financial materials to senior management
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and ThinkCell capabilities
Knowledge of BPC
Knowledge of Animal Health & Manufacturing
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Well-versed in manufacturing accounting concepts, such as deferrals, standard cost productivity, standard revision

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$200,200.00 - $315,100.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
