The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Executive Communications Manager, Dental, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading organizational, business and executive communications strategies for the Dental Business Segment, globally.
Implement communications plans to drive internal and organizational connections, support the ongoing development and deployment of the new Solventum brand, engaging stakeholders throughout the business, corporate and functional teams.
Determine the key objectives, tactics and success measures applicable to the segment communications plan, thought leadership, employee engagement, channel and content strategy.
Connect with and contribute to the Global Communications organization, collaborating with HR, media and international communications colleagues, as well as the business marketing and marcom teams.
Advise senior leaders on critical communications elements, helping hone their point of view and tone, change management and employee engagement.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, marketing or PR/journalism/media from an accredited institution and 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or PR/marketing, agency account leadership, in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proven communications skills in strategy, planning, speaker support, key message development, channel and content planning and outcome-based measurement; ability to connect with senior leadership
Strong collaboration skills and experience with a highly matrixed, global organization
Exceptional writing, editing, narrative development and key message delivery
Modern communications measurement, data analysis and synthesis, critical thinking and creative problem solving
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, growth mindset, managing through change, ambiguity, empathy and systems
Work location:
Remote
Travel: May include up to 20%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
