- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the creation and editing of professional videos for marketing and promotional purposes, utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media content, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for video production and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to video projects, marketing materials, and executive correspondence.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, including virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Update the CRM
- Run and update social media accounts
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- CRM experience preferred
- Social media account experience preferred
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, with a portfolio showcasing video editing skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
