Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of professional videos for marketing and promotional purposes, utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media content, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for video production and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to video projects, marketing materials, and executive correspondence.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, including virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Update the CRM 
  • Run and update social media accounts 



Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Social media account experience preferred
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, with a portfolio showcasing video editing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
