Executive Assistant (US Digital Transformation, WFH)

Philippines - Remote

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, for executive level personnel in a virtual setup
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Knowledgeable in navigating CRMs like ZOHO

 

Nice to Have:

  • Top English capabilities with other languages being a plus (other languages can be Spanish, Korean, Italian, Japanese and others)
  • Background in Sales is encouraged to apply

 

What will you do?

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings.
    • Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by providing relevant information and documentation.
    • Follow up on action items and deadlines from meetings to ensure timely completion.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
    • Prepare door to door travel itineraries
    • Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist with special projects assigned by CEO
    • Act as a support in sales projects in monitoring efficiency
    • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning
