About the Role:
Performs administrative duties for executive management team, their direct reports and others, as needed. Communicates with all levels of the organization including senior management and high level officers both internal and external to Pathward.
What You Will Do:
⢠Deals professionally with all levels of internal and external management.
⢠Takes initiative in executivesâ absence and works independently.
⢠Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
⢠Composes correspondence and reports for own or executivesâ signature.
⢠Executes under tight timeframes; multi-task and prioritize tasks.
⢠Demonstrates a high level of integrity.
⢠Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments.
⢠Coordinates all aspects of executivesâ appointments, meetings, partner visits and conference calls.
⢠Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations.
⢠Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executives.
⢠Assist Corporate Event Planner with coordination of on-site and off-site meetingsÂ
⢠Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of five years related experience;
⢠Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required.Â
⢠Compiles and submits expense reports for leadersÂ
⢠Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices.Â
⢠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur SAP. Experience with Ulti-Pro and Nautilus Unity Client is helpfulÂ
⢠Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task, âŚ
