The Role
Wpromote is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) that will play a key role in providing comprehensive support to four members of our Executive Leadership Team. The EA will be responsible for anticipating the needs of those they support, think critically and creatively, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. As an EA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of your executives’ day. 
The anticipated hourly rate for this role will be $65 - $85/hr, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.  
This is a temporary role with an expected contract duration of approximately five months.

You Will Be

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to four executives
  • Proactively managing and maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging travel both domestic & international travel
  • Working closely with members of our management team and business partners
  • Staying updated on executives’ priorities on a daily basis
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings with the Board, ensuring all logistics, materials, and communications are managed efficiently
  • Communicating calendar changes to those affected in a timely manner
  • Serving as the bridge of communication between executives and other departments within the organization
  • Completing expense reports for executives
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
