JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity

Commvault is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support onsite for the Fort Lauderdale Office and 3-5 Field Sales Executives. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, reliable business judgment, and an understanding of both strategic and tactical business needs. The ability to prioritize workload is key. Requires an exemplary work ethic.

What you’ll do…

  • Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail and allocation of time to promote productivity; recognize the need to re-prioritize as appropriate

  • File expenses for Field Sales Execs in a timely manner using Concur

  • Assist with travel arrangements (Air, Car, Hotel and Rail)

  • Work within the EA team, willing to provide back-up support for co-workers when needed and actively support group goals

  • Interface with senior executives and their staff to support onsite meetings and activities, generally of critical and confidential nature; Includes meeting/greeting upon arrival to office, introducing yourself and showing the where the kitchen and bathrooms are.

  • Will use tact and diplomacy and practical knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures in day-to-day work

  • Build/maintain relationships with direct reports/staff

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision

Who you are…

  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment; AA or equivalent, BA/BS or equivalent preferred

  • Must work from the office Monday to Friday

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines

  • Professional polish and ability to demonstrate grace and composure under pressure

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Superior planning, time management and organizational skills

  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company

  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$68,000 - $195,500
