We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to multiple leaders across various departments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing efficiency and productivity by expertly managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrates a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. This position reports directly to the SVP of Sales Development and Enablement.
What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize calendars for multiple executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings.
Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while meticulously managing expense reports.
Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and other materials as needed, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Provide ad-hoc support for projects, including meeting preparation, event planning, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in G-Suite applications, Zoom, and Slack.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $70,000 CAD - $106,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
