We are looking for a Business Process & Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team focused on our EverPro solutions.

The Business Process & Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end GTM operating framework to drive efficiency, standardization, and scalability across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, IT, Data, and Transformation teams to ensure seamless processes, improve operational execution, and support key strategic initiatives. By enabling process alignment, system adoption, and data accuracy, this role will enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness across the revenue organization.

Additionally, the Business Process & Program Manager will serve as a program leader for GTM and Revenue Operations strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, execution excellence, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end GTM process framework to ensure alignment, handoffs, and efficiency across teams and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Operations to enable processes through workflows and technology solutions.
  • Drive strong adoption of processes and systems across GTM teams through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts to support business growth and scalability.
  • Oversee GTM data governance efforts to maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency across revenue systems.
  • Manage and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives that support GTM strategy, growth, and transformation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to align best practices, execution frameworks, process standardization and governance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management within a GTM environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Process-Oriented: Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue processes.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of GTM technology stacks (CRM, CPQ, BI tools) and system integrations.
  • Data Governance Expertise: Experience ensuring data integrity and governance to support decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working closely with IT, Business Operations, and GTM teams to align processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to lead and execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex processes and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

Where: This position is remote in the US and may have up 15% travel.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:  The target base compensation for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
