EverHealth is simplifying the business of healthcare through simplified, user-centric software which streamlines the daily operations of healthcare practices. We are seeking a Content Team Lead who will play a key role in creating and managing content strategy, editorial calendars, content performance and internal and external copywriters for our EverHealth solutions. In this role, you will report to the Head of Brand and Creative Services and assist with budgeting, planning. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Leadership of content production team to include both internal and external resources. 

  • Content Strategy Development - Creating a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, including defining content pillars and setting performance metrics for existing target audiences. 

  • Editorial Calendar Management - Planning and scheduling content creation across different platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content. 

  • Content Creation and Editing - Overseeing the creation of high-quality content, including writing, editing, proofreading, and ensuring consistency in style and tone. 

  • Performance Analysis - Tracking content performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven adjustments. 

  • Team Collaboration - Collaborating with designers, SEO managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives. 

  • Manage deadlines and due dates carefully 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in journalism, marketing, or related field 

  • 5-7 years of excellent writing and editing experience (healthcare preferred) 

  • 1-3 years of leadership or team management experience  

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategy
